You've been sentenced to one hour in prison for some extremely petty reason. Why? Nobody knows. Maybe there is some obscure law that you broke or maybe the arresting officer just didn't like you. Either way, you're locked up for the hour. So you may as well test the security of the place and see if it's possible to get out early.
